Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
If you only want to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, then you start with the BJJ Program right away. The BJJ program has a built in beginners curriculum and there’s no need to be fit or athletic to get going, the training will build you up gradually at a pace you are comfortable with.
Kids start with the Juniors Program depending on their age and the martial art they want to train. We group the kids into three main age groups and we teach Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA. All the Juniors have to do is choose what program they want to train.
