On December 9th we have Erik Paulson visiting AMAG Gym down at XTS Aberdeen. Erik has been to AMAG on several occasions and AMAG's head instructor Pat is an instructor under Erik.
We are lucky to get Erik to give us a seminar, as he is now busy training UFC champions like Brock Lesner.

Recently I was down in edinburgh training with the UFA instructors at the Guro Inosanto seminar that Rick Young hosts every November for at least the last 13 years.
During the seminar Guru presented Rick with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Rick is always very gracious about such things but it is well deserved for what he has given Jeet Kune Do and the martial arts in Scotland and the rest of Europe. |

We also had Sifu Marc McFann, at AMAG, teaching a seminar as part of his October tour of the UK. This October he taught us Reekasan Silat. It is a sub-set of Mande Munda Silat and is very effective at joint manipulation and breaking.
The seminar was well attended and enjoyed by everyone. |
